Born on the Island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Holly continues the tradition of great Southern and Caribbean inspired cooking. She has put a twist on tradition by infusing cultural flavors of African, Asian, Indian and Latin cuisines. Food has always been her passion.
