Our high tech HOT SAUNAS ranges from 90 degrees to 130 degrees in temperature. Hot Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, Cycling, Elliptical, Row, are just a few of the exercises that we offer. All sessions are virtually instructed which will allow your bridal shower or event to have a unique experience filled with fun, laughter, and fitness while in a small intimate atmosphere.
